About Us:
Hi! I am Dr Patel and I own Minted Dental. We are a non-corporate, practice with locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale and I am looking for a personable associate dentist to help care for our patients. We focus on building trust and long-term patient relationships. Our modern offices are designed for comfort, efficiency, and collaboration, providing a supportive environment for professional growth. We are looking for a FT or PT dentist who is comfortable supporting both practice locations. I am flexible and willing to discuss your preferences too!
We utilize advanced digital workflows and minimally invasive techniques to enhance both patient care and clinical outcomes. With mentorship from experienced providers and a strong hygiene program, you’ll be part of a team that values quality over quantity.

Role Overview:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience OR completion of an AEGD/GPR.
Schedule: 4 days per week. - Every other week is a 4 day weekend. Part time or Full time available
Qualifications: DDS or DMD, Arizona dental license, and professional liability insurance.
Software Proficiency: Open Dental (practice management) and Apteryx (imaging).
Full time or Part time opportunity
We perform mostly restorative and cosmetic dentistry, we would love for someone to have surgical experience
