Dental Treatment Coordinator - Your Bronx Dentist - Bronx, NY

We are seeking a skilled bilingual (Spanish speaking) Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental terminology, patient service, and dental scheduling. If you are detail-oriented and have experience with Dentrix we want to hear from you. - Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and specialists - Maintain accurate patient records and billing information - Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk -- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in Dentrix, or related dental software is a plus - Knowledge of dental clinic operations and front desk procedures - Strong communication skills and attention to detail
