Job Duties:
-Confirm all appointments - email/text/phone
-Manage patient cancellations, utilizing asap/priority list
-Manage doctors’ and hygienists’ schedules, following scheduling guidelines
-Manage and track hygiene recare system
-Manage broken appointment, utilizing broken appointment policy
-Manage appointment times and implements system related to late arrivals
-Manage check-in and check-out of patients using patience and empathy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
