Dental Assistant - Franklin Dental Center P.A. - Oakland, NJ

We are looking for dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. This position could be either part time or full time. The ideal candidate should be reliable, enthusiastic, team player, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. Work in a warm and friendly environment with a dentist that cares about delivering excellent care to our patients.
Dental Assistant Students are welcome!

Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments- Take and develop dental x-rays (if current NJ xray license present)- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to patient privacy guidelines
