We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Office Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Manage appointment scheduling to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction
Verify insurance and process patient payments
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate follow-up appointments
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth daily workflow

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in dental scheduling software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
