Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

B Street Family Dental is a boutique dental practice near downtown Tustin. We’re seeking a kickass office receptionist who can lead fearlessly and love on our patients adoringly!

We need a great communicator who isn’t afraid to make a snap decision; someone who can just get. it. done.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in patients with a smile
• Ensuring the dental operatory rooms are ready for patients
• Sterilizing, cleaning, and restocking as needed
• Explaining treatments to patients
• Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance
• Social media, email marketing, and similar tasks
• Answering the phone, checking and responding to messages
• Preparing and maintaining patient charts neatly and accurately
• Other duties required to market and run the practice
