About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual (Spanish & English) Dental Assistant who aligns with our WECARE Core Values and is excited about playing a key role in our practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Invisalign treatment, experience with digital scanning using iTero and Lumina, and a passion for helping new patients feel welcome and informed.
What You’ll Do:

Assist chairside with general and cosmetic dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort.
Be our New Patient Ambassador—helping new patients feel at ease and guiding them through their dental journey.
Take a leadership role as the Invisalign Lead Assistant, working closely with patients throughout their treatment.
Perform digital scanning using iTero and Lumina, ensuring accuracy in treatment planning and patient education.
Utilize Eaglesoft to manage patient records, charting, and treatment coordination.
Educate patients using advanced technology, empowering them to make informed decisions about their oral health.
Communicate fluently in Spanish and English, ensuring all patients feel heard, understood, and comfortable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
Support our team in providing a WOW experience at every visit!

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)✅ 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience (Expanded Functions a plus!)✅ Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software✅ Experience with digital scanning using iTero and Lumina (Preferred)✅ Passion for Invisalign treatment and eagerness to be the go-to team member for clear aligners✅ A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills✅ A strong commitment to patient care, education, and comfort✅ Ability to connect with patients and guide them through treatment with warmth and empathy
