Privately owned, single dentist practice is seeking to add a certified dental assistant to their growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced dental professional with attention to detail who is committed to delivering excellent care. The practice hours are Monday – Thursday 8:10am-5pm with a paid break.
Requirements of the Position

Holds valid Florida Expanded Functions and Radiology certifications
Chairside dental assistant experience (minimum 6 months)
Proficient with chart preps, op set-up and break down, sterilization protocols, and other traditional dental assistant duties within a general dentistry office.
Treatment planning and presentation proficiency
Computer literate, familiar with digital operational processes (or open to learning) and record keeping practices including writing clinical notes.
Professional and patient care focused
Open minded and coachable
Dependable, reliable, and personable with great attention to detail
A commitment to excellence with a passion for continually learning to stay current in the industry.
Resides within 30 minutes driving distance from Fruitland Park, FL

Desired Qualification Not Required

Front office experience in a dental office setting
