A skilled dental assistant with experience in both chairside assistance and treatment coordination.
Strong communication skills to build trust and guide patients through their treatment options.
Ability to present complex dental procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
Confidence in discussing financial arrangements, including payment options and insurance.
A team player who can seamlessly collaborate with the clinical and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chairside with dental procedures while also taking on treatment planning responsibilities.
Present treatment plans to patients and explain their options clearly and effectively.
Help patients navigate payment options and coordinate insurance benefits.
Follow up with patients to ensure they understand and commit to their treatment plans.
Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
