Permanent Dental Assistant Job in New York, NY
We are seeking a skilled, ethical and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Punctual and a team player. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist to provide exceptional patient care. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with dental procedures, taking patient digital x-rays with dexis , patient scans, and maintaining and ensuring a clean and sterile environment and incharge of instruments and inventory.
Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing them instruments and materials
- Take patient x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following OSHA guidelines
- can also Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, verifying insurance, and collecting payments
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong attention to detail
Ethical , team player , punctual
