About Us: At Courtesy Family Dental, we are looking for someone to join our fun and energetic team. We are welcoming a hygienist to work part time or full time with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities:

Build meaningful relationships with patients, creating a comfortable and positive experience.
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and pediatric prophies.
Take and develop diagnostic radiographs to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Conduct thorough examinations and assess patients' oral health, documenting findings and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental, ensuring thorough and up-to-date documentation.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and overall dental health.
Assist with patient scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Follow infection control protocols and assist with sterilization to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Conduct patient assessments and charting to support effective treatment planning and follow-up care.
Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Colorado.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and team members.
A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
