Dental Receptionist - Glance Dental - Glenview, IL

Glance Dental believes that creating healthy smile makes the world a better place. We are seeking a Dental Receptionist who holds the same value and willing to help improve our dental clinic to more efficiently and more compassionately treat our patients.
The Ideal candidate recommended to be:

Bilingual.
Detail oriented, outgoing and friendly.
Possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience working in dental office or related field is preferred
Have an understanding of dental terminology and familiar with dental software.

Responsibilities:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Check patients in & out.
Answering phone calls.
Develop productive schedules.
Get insurance benefit information.
Collect payment and bill Dental insurance.
Assist patients with applying for financial assistance.
We are considering both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME applications. Our dental office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
