Our beautiful and new state of the art dental office is under construction in Naperville and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated dental assistant who is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives to join our team and start mid April.

As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year dental assisting experience. Should be x-ray certified and maintain CPR certification. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of digital X-rays and Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with dental procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep things running smoothly
Help with clear aligner treatments- explain the process and get patients excited!
Take X-rays, clean instruments, and keep everything sterile & organized to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Be trained in various skills within the office- chair side dental assisting, cleaning & setting up treatment areas, while also supporting the front desk team with answering phones & scheduling appointments.
Create positive, welcoming experiences for every patient, from check-in to check out
Stay up to date with new tech and continue learning as a dental pro to improve your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous Dental Assistant experience (clear aligner experience is a plus!)
Computer skills are a must in at our all digital office
CDA or RDA certification
Detail-oriented and organized
Enthusiastic, positive, and loves helping people
A strong team player who's ready to learn and grow
On time, reliable, and loves to have fun while working hard!
