Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Signature Family Dentistry. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to our patients.
This position is ideal for someone looking for work/life balance. Our hours are
Monday and Wednesday 8:30-4
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-3
Fridays 8:30-2

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Assist in the diagnosis of dental conditions by reviewing patient histories and conducting assessments.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Ensure the dental office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements

Valid North Carolina Dental Hygienist license.
Experience in a dental office setting preferred but not necessary. We are more then happy to mentor new graduates.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and HIPAA regulations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
