Dental software experience is required
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office, scanning documents, and email
Experience with dental insurance and verification of benefits
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phones-Scheduling appointments
Verification of dental insurance benefits
Submission of dental claims
Posting payments
Applicant must possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic
_ Degree:_ Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
