Dental Assistant/Receptionist - Zealous Dental Springdale - Cincinnati, OH

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation of our dental office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, chair side duties and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using office management systems.
Handle incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.
Process insurance claims, including Medicare, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Provide excellent patient service by addressing concerns and answering questions regarding treatments or procedures. .
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support overall office operations.
Sterilization
Breaking down and setting up rooms for procedures
Chair Side Assisting
Keeping office maintained and organized such as stocking supplies and cleaning duties

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
X-ray License
CPR
Proficient in using phone systems and office management software.
Excellent patient service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
