You should be familiar with dental office front desk workflow including check-in & check-out of patients, accepting payments, scheduling and insurance verifications. Skills

Proven work experience as Dental Assistant or dental front desk role
Proficiency in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with dental patient management software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental preferred.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
