Dental Hygienist - Crystal Springs Dental - Colville, WA

We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our fun and tight-knit team! We allow our hygienists a high level of autonomy for the treatment of our patients. Our pillars for our practice are patient care, integrity, and service. Behind the scenes, we are a family practice that loves to have fun and eat! Majority of our staff are long-term (5-20+ years) -- low turnover rates which translates to a stable and smooth schedule, patient care, and workflow. Single column scheduling, 2 hours for new patient exams, 60-minute recall appointments, 2 quads generally 90-120 minutes. 7:30-3:30 pm

Responsibilities

Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patient’s oral health history for the dentist
Use molds to create dental impressions of patients’ teeth so that their mouthguards, dentures, veneers, etc. are correctly made
Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease
Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Certified to perform CPR
Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located
Understands HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
