We are looking for an excellent long-term fit, and ownership is motivated to provide a leadership or partnership track for the right doctor. Required: 2 years of practice experience OR 1 year of practice experience + general practice residency/AEGD.

Partnership - While not required for the position, the practice is motivated to establish a near-term path to partnership/equity with our doctors following a period of acquaintance.
What weâre looking for:
Excellent communication skills - Composed, professional and personable demeanor required. Articulate and clear verbal communication. Values long-term relationships with patients.
Clinical skills - Focus on patient comfort. Excellent restorative and fixed/removable prosthetic skills are required. Specialty procedures (endodontics, extractions, implants) are not required, but there is ample opportunity for expanded skills and will be strongly supported.
A leader - Motivated by growth, both personal and professional. Excited by continuously working with a team to improve patient care. Positive and upbeat attitude.
*Note - Listed starting pay and anticipated productivity based on historical doctor performance at position. Actual compensation is determined by doctor performance.

Pay: $275,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
