Requirements:
Current and Valid Ohio Dental Radiographer's License
Documentation/Proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination (All Three Rounds)
Current and Valid BLS Certification (CPR and AED)
Additional Requirements (Preferred but not Required):
Ohio Coronal Polishing Certification
DANB Certification

Tues: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
Wed: 9:30AM - 6:30 PM
Thurs: 9:30AM - 6:30 PM
Fri: 9:30AM - 4:30PM
