About the Company
North Everett Family Dental is a small neighborhood practice that wants to give customized service to our patients. Our clinic believes in technology such as digitalized charts; X-rays, and intraoral cameras.
We invest in education for our staff members and take pride in a positive work environment. Our team works 3 days a week and enjoys 4 days off to spend with our families and other curiosities of life.
Our clinical days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8AM-5PM with selective additional days.
DENTAL ASSISTANT WANTED
We are looking for someone who thrives in consistent routines; emphasis on customer-service, and team-oriented focus.
We seek candidates that are very careful to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. Checking and double-checking is often necessary; candidates must be patient and conscientious.
Work is accomplished by a steady, even pace. Consistency and familiarity from one day to the next. When work duties do change, there is ample foresight and time to prepare. The work is helpful in nature; providing support and/or service to others in an environment free from competition. Interaction with patients require professional, formal manner where focus is completing task pleasantly and correctly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in dental procedures
Detail patient intake
Clinical & Office maintenance
Cross-train for receptionist work, as needed
Work harmoniously with the team throughout the whole work process
*Knowledge of Dentrix is not required, as training can be provided.
Competitive Pay – variable pending on experience
