Seeking front office Person. Must have experience working in dental office for insurance claims and prefer Dentrix software experience. Do not apply if you are not in the dental field. Part-time or full-time.
Knows how to submit Dental insurance claims and Denti-cal claims.
Scheduling treatment
Financial arrangements with patients. Collecting .
Continuing care and recall scheduling
Correct posting of payments to patient account ledger.
Dentrix Software Job Detail of other duties as requested by doctor:
Experience in Dentrix dental software. Preferably someone who is knowledgeable.
Requires the ability to send out insurance claims and to complete collections via credit card, checks, and cash.
Is able to create patient call lists to call patients daily and create a full schedule for doctors. Should be able to work quickly and efficiently, a fast learner.
The front office needs to print reports such as chronological day sheets and report to the doctor at the end of the day.
Make count adjustments when necessary and keep balanced patient ledgers.
Can present treatment plan financial Arrangements and can work with care credit.
Must have a friendly personality with patients and staff and can communicate well with patients.
Salary based on experience.
