Dental Hygienist - Potomac Dental and Implant Center - Rockville, MD

OverviewWe are a growing office in North Bethesda. Currently, only one dentist works in our location and we are tying to start our hygiene department. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. We are open every other Saturdays. You may pick 1 to 2 days per week, day of your choice to treat the patients.
Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
Maintain accurate dental records and documentation review for each patient visit.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Administer local anesthesia as required and monitor vital signs during procedures.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide specialized care for pediatric dentistry as needed, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
60min new patients and SCRPs, 50min existing patients, 40min perio maint, 30min pediatric. Extra assistant is available to clean and set up the room as needed. You will have 2 dedicated chairs. All digital office, with Woodpecker Piezo .

Experience

Recent Grads are welcome.
Proven experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
