Responsibilities

greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and out process
schedule appointment and manage the dental csheduling system effectively using dentrix software.
answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation and excelent patient experience.
handle insurance verifications and assist patients with insurance claims as needed.
