Dental Receptionist/ Scheduler - Briarcliff Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics - Briarcliff Manor, NY

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems and be able to handle emergency situations with ease.

Duties:- Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for their appointments- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations- Collect payments from patients and reconcile daily transactions- Manage patient records and ensure they are up to date- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience working in a dental office preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures- Comfortable working with computer software programs
