Job Description: As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and hygiene in our patients. You will perform a variety of clinical duties under the supervision of our dentist, ensuring our patients receive the best care and education on oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
Take dental x-rays.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Record and update patient medical histories and dental records.
Assist the dentist with patient exams.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized environment. Ensure proper instrument sterilization protocols are followed.
Schedule and follow-up with patients for routine and specialized care.
Stay up-to-date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices.
Compensation/Benefits:
Pay Range: 70-75/hr.
401K: Simple IRA
Medical Insurance: For 3+ days/week, Regence which includes vision.
Dental: In-house benefit.

Requirements:
Work Schedule: We are looking for a part-time hygienist to join our team. Currently we need help on Mondays and one other day of the week (Tues, Wed or Thurs) leading into full-time in the future. Work hours available are Mon/Tues 7:30-5:15, Wed/Thurs 6:30-4:15.
Years Experience Required: 1
Requirements: Valid WA Dental Hygiene license
BLS certification
Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with dental software and digital x-rays (preferred). Office uses Eaglesoft.
