OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and a passion for improving patients' oral health. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and ensuring the overall well-being of your patients in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, oral surgery, and root canal therapy.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and procedures.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with dental terminology is essential.
Proficiency in performing pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Strong understanding of infection control standards and practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
