OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. This role requires expertise in both general dentistry and specialized treatments, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in a comfortable environment.
Duties

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, oral surgery, and preventive care.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical imaging records using Dentrix software.
Oversee dental fabrication processes for custom dental appliances.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, educating patients on oral hygiene, and recommending treatment plans.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques and familiarity with Dentrix software is advantageous.
Knowledge of infection control standards and practices in a clinical environment.
Strong skills in medical imaging and documentation.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
