Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional dental care. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dentist during procedures, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, and maintaining high standards of infection control.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including endodontics and prosthodontics.
Prepare and organize the treatment room for patient examinations and procedures.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Take and record vital signs as needed for patient assessments.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and manage medical records in compliance with regulations.
Ensure all instruments are sterilized and adhere to infection control protocols.
Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions as directed by the dentist.
Assist in managing patient flow within the clinic to ensure timely appointments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Requirements

Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is advantageous.
Familiarity with infection control procedures in a dental clinic setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
