**Job Title:** DAI (Hygiene Assistant)
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant/Hygiene Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are a close team and enjoy working together! We make our patients our priority and help each other any way we can.
Office Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8:15-4:30, Tuesday and Thursday 6:45-3:00, Friday 6:45-1:00.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Hygienist during a variety of procedures
- Support the smooth operation of the dental clinic systems
- Take x-rays
Prepare treatment plans and occassionally present treatment plans to patients
**Experience:**
- Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant is helpful
- Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements
**Requirements:**
- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
- X-Ray certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Knowledge of Denticon is a plus but not a requirement
