Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards of oral health. You will work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health practices, and maintain a safe and sterile environment.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar.
Conduct patient assessments by taking medical histories and vital signs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient records management and appointment scheduling.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized patient care plans.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic, adhering to aseptic techniques.

ExperienceCandidates should possess:

Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental health.
Proficiency in aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
Experience in a dental clinic setting, preferably with exposure to general dentistry procedures.
Familiarity with dental assisting duties is advantageous.
Ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages, particularly children in pediatric dentistry.
