Experienced Dental Assistant. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and professional Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task and is enthusiastic about their work. We are a high-tech, fast-paced, privately owned dental practice. Hours are 7:30 AM - 4 PM. 4 days a week. Alternating Fridays and Mondays off. We offer competitive wages based on experience. No evenings or weekends. Please submit a resume for consideration. Must possess excellent communication skills, and work well with others.
You must possess 2+ years of experience in dental assisting.
Have experience with Open Dental/Dentrix or similar dental software.
X-ray certification (DANB certificate) is required.
This position entails working chairside with 4-handed general dentistry & assisting with oral surgery.
Taking digital x-rays, Itero scanning, dental photography, dental charting, assisting with PVS and alginate impressions, etc.
You will be responsible for the breakdown/disinfection and set-up of operatories, sterilization of instruments, weekly maintenance of equipment, assisting doctors with all scopes of dentistry, office maintenance/cleanliness, etc.
Benefits include 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment. After 1 year of employment: 2 weeks paid vacation and 3 paid sick days, medical benefits, and 401K at 3% unmatched PLUS year-end profit sharing.

Position Requirements:

Digital office - requires the ability to utilize a computer and a variety of software applications.
Ability to articulate.
Must possess excellent communication skills & work well with others to execute common goals.
Work at an efficient pace.
Ability to follow directions and multi-task as needed.
Friendly personality.
Willingness to learn and grow with our practice.
The empathetic chairside manner for our patients.
