Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care and overall dental health.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Assist with diagnostic procedures such as x-rays, intraoral photos, and periodontal charting.
Ensure all infection control and safety protocols are followed.

Skills

Current, valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient care, and hygiene techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of patient needs.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing quality care.
