We seek an experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our private, non-corporate dental office. Our practice is fully digital, paperless, and equipped with the latest technology, offering a fun and down-to-earth atmosphere focused on exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

Chairside assistance during crown preps, fillings, extractions, implant restorations, and Invisalign cases
Sterilization, setup, and breakdown of treatment rooms
Assisting hygienists with perio charting, X-rays, and room preparation

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an RDA
Strong understanding of dental procedures, infection control, and sterilization protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice

Work Schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: 28-32 per hour
Bonus: Based on experience
Medical: Stipend provided
Dental: In-office coverage
