Dental Assistant - Part Time (Wed/Fri) - Laurlhurst Dental Group - Seattle, WA

We are currently looking for a part time Dental Assistant to join our fantastic team!
We are a 40+ year old general family practice in the Laurelhurst neighborhood, looking for a dental assistant to join our compassionate and detail oriented team. We pride ourselves in taking exceptional care of each patient's individual needs and providing the highest quality dentistry.
Our open position is for Wednesdays 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Take dental X-rays
- Perform dental charting and documentation
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Sterilize and maintain dental equipment and instruments
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and order as needed
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of X-Ray techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with aseptic technique in a dental setting
- Ability to perform medical imaging procedures
- Understanding of anatomy relevant to dental procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
