Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and an understanding of dental practices and procedures.
Spanish speaking is preferred.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Utilize dental terminology effectively when communicating with patients and staff.
Work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced dental office setting, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Provide care for pediatric patients, adapting communication styles to suit their needs.

Skills
