What You’ll Do:

Greet and check-in patients, creating a positive first impression
Schedule patient appointments and manage the office schedule
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally
Verify insurance information and help patients understand their coverage
Assist with patient intake forms and updates to records
Process billing and payments, ensuring accuracy
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in front desk administration or customer service, preferably in a medical or dental setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage a busy office environment
Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (preferably Dentrix)
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
