Dental Receptionist - Soye Dental Spa - Flower Mound, TX

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dental scheduling systems- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns- Collect and update patient information in electronic Dental records systems- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications:- Previous experience working in a dental is preferred, but we are willing to train- Knowledge of Dentall terminology and dental procedures is a plus- Proficiency in using electronic Dental records systems such as Dentrix a plus- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
