OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant and front office personal to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting dental procedures, particularly within the realms of Periodontic Dentistry. This position requires proficiency in assisting with various surgical tasks, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a sterile environment.
Duties
Assist the dentist during surgical procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.
Prepare and maintain the surgical area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
Utilize dental systems such as Dentrix and Romexis for patient management and record-keeping.
Perform X-Ray and medical imaging tasks as required, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis.
Engage in four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance workflow efficiency during procedures.
Support periodontal patients by creating a comforting atmosphere and addressing their needs effectively.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless operations within the clinic.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Periodontic Dentistry practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using dental systems such as Dentrix is preferred.
Experience with medical imaging, including X-Ray operations, is beneficial.
Strong understanding of dentistry principles and four-handed dentistry techniques is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients.
