Duties:
- Chairside assisting with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.- Maintaining patient records.- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations.- Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members.- Support in specialized procedures like X-Rays, 3D scanning, temporary crowns and endodontics, oral surgery as needed.- Collaborate with the front office staff to coordinate patient care efficiently.- Maintain a clean and organized back office environment for optimal workflow.- Uphold standards of four-handed dentistry for efficient assistance during procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DentalAssistant or similar role in Dental office.- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.- Familiarity with dental assisting techniques is advantageous.- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care.- Certification in Dental Assisting.
