Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

As a vital part of our team, you’ll:

Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
Perform scaling, root planing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal assessments
Take and interpret digital X-rays to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
Conduct oral cancer screenings and help identify restorative or preventive treatment needs
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

What We’re Looking For

Valid Vermont Dental Hygiene License
Graduate from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
CPR Certification
1+ years of experience preferred (but not required - new grads encouraged to apply!)
Anesthesia certification preferred (but not required()
