Join Our Growing PPO Practice in Scenic Monroe, Washington! We’re excited to welcome a skilled and compassionate dentist to our growing team in Monroe. Located in the heart of the Sky Valley, Monroe offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and easy access to city amenities—with Seattle just under an hour away. You’ll be joining a supportive, modern practice with 10 well-equipped operatories and an average of 55 new patients per month over the last three months. Whether you're an experienced provider or just starting out, we offer a supportive environment with mentorship available. Competitive compensation with a signing bonus (Estimated pay range: $180,000–$325,000 annually (based on 30% of collections and patient volume)).

A flexible 4-day workweek, including Fridays and Saturdays
Solo provider responsibility on Fridays
