Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat oral conditions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Manage pediatric dental cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Experience in medical documentation practices.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Ability to perform oral surgery when necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
