Your Role as a Full-Time Dental Assistant
As a key part of our team, you will help ensure every patient enjoys a comfortable, positive experience during their visit. Your duties will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting the dentist during procedures, sterilizing instruments, and educating patients on oral health and best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist the dentist chairside during various dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
Take and develop dental x-rays
Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs
Provide compassionate patient care and oral health education
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What Weâre Looking For
Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is a plus
Certification: CDA/RDA certification preferred; EFDA certification is highly valued
Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a patient-focused, friendly attitude
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
