Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with the dentist to provide patients with a comprehensive treatment plan. We encourage our hygienists to own their schedule while providing a comfortable atmosphere for patients. At Nikodem Dental we understand that hygienists are important providers and are treated as such. Applicants should pride themselves in having a great work ethic, a positive attitude, a friendly and calm demeanor, and a willingness to continually improve!

Responsibilities:

Review and record patient’s medical and dental histories
Partner with your doctor to provide patients with a comprehensive treatment plan, including proper periodontal health diagnosis
Sterilize and maintain dental equipment
Application of fluoride, sealants, and other cavity-preventing agents
Remain schedule focused by working alongside your team members to assist in maintaining a healthy schedule

Education:

Current MO license

CPR Certification

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Bachelor’s degree a plus
