Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, privately-owned general dentistry office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging and assist with digital impressions.
Fabricate temporary crowns efficiently and with attention to detail.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and check-out processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred, especially someone skilled and experienced in fabricating temporary crowns!
Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and clinical procedures.
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft is advantageous.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
