Salary Range:$43.6728 To $56.4415 Hourly
Health Center Inc. is a NYC based healthcare organization with ambulatory care facilities staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services. We have an opening for a Temporary Dental Hygienist for our Dental Center located in Midtown. The assignment is expected to end on June 10, 2025.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform patient oral inspection and complete dental charting.
Perform appropriate dental procedure on patient.
Educate patient on methods to control oral disease.
Reassures patients as needed.
Compile information for the dentist or specialist for patient diagnosis and treatment plan.
Participates in the quality assurance/risk management committee meetings, as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and experience:
Associateâ degree.
New York state license in dental hygiene
Current BCLS certification.
Prior experience in a dental office or in a health care setting.
