We are a well-established and busy solo general dentistry practice with a loyal patient base and a supportive, long-term team. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our amazing staff and provide top-quality care to our patients.
Position Details

Schedule:2 full days per week (choose from Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays)

Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Patient Schedule: 1 patient per hour
Lunch Break: 1 hour

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings for patients of all ages, including children
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits
Assist the dentist during examinations as needed
Take and document vitals as part of patient assessments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Eaglesoft software
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: 70 - 78 per hour

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience (new graduates welcome)
License: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Washington
Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong patient interaction and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and efficient in time management
