Responsibilities

Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
Utilize dental software for record keeping and scheduling.
Support the orthodontic team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in assisting within a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification as an Orthodontic Assistant or relevant training is desirable but not mandatory.
