OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. DutiesAs a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist during various procedures, including endodontics and pediatric treatments.
Managing medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records for all patients.
Taking and recording vital signs to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Utilizing open dental software for scheduling, patient management, and record keeping.
Performing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Preparing treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Collaborating with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.

ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess:

Proven experience or education as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental setting.
Familiarity with medical coding and insurance processes is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using dental software systems, particularly open dental, is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in managing medical documentation.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
